From initial contact with Michael, we never felt pressured to go with
any of the offers he put forward. We knew that we were getting sound
advice and were given to time to think about our decision before going
ahead. We have now moved our mortgage and reduced our monthly payment
(at a fixed rate) and reduced the time left to pay on the mortgage as
well. We found the whole experience very pleasant and look forward to
