The mortgage advisers we recruit now will be the future leadership of the company and it is expected that they will be offered the choice of either employed management positions or the opportunity to remain business owners through a Franchise  proposition from 2009. They will also be able to offer a valuable input into the way we achieve our mission statement and ambitions to become the best in our industry..

As a minimum, you will need to have Full CeMap or FPC/MAQ, have achieved and retained C.A.S and be capable of self generating as well as making the best use of leads provided. You will be committed to long term client relationships and be looking to build your practice by offering the best advice & service possible and training others to do the same.

Much of the future plans for our proposition needs to remain 'under wraps' for the time being, but they are national and offer an exceptional opportunity meaning that the person is more important than your location. Our growth plans include the expansion of our current offerings as well as the introduction of a new service that is NOT OFFERED ANYWHERE ELSE BY ANYONE ELSE.
